Significant improvement
Having suffered from severe inflammatory rosacea, I started taking a variety of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and superfoods from iHerb in April 2013. I read that B12 could be beneficial for rosacea, so I incorporated it into my regimen. Interestingly, several other bothersome issues seem to have improved since starting these supplements, leading me to suspect a B12 deficiency. I plan to consult my doctor about testing this. I’m awarding it 5 stars due to the significant improvement in my rosacea symptoms. It’s unclear whether one supplement or the combination is effective; however, I'm convinced that my regimen works better than the antibiotics prescribed by my dermatologist, which often come with side effects. After six months, should my results remain positive, I intend to share my supplement details on various Rosacea blogs to help fellow sufferers.

Soothed my skin
This product has given beautiful results right from the start. It effectively soothes my very dry skin caused by rosacea and sensitivity. The texture is quite heavy, so only a small amount is needed for each area of the face. I appreciated the luxurious packaging and the inclusion of a spoon. Every detail is thoughtfully designed. It is suitable for all ages, and I believe its high quality offers numerous benefits. The size is just right, and both its texture and exterior design are pleasing and gentle.

Vascular improvement
I regularly consume a drink that includes ginkgo biloba and have observed improvement with my weak facial vessels and rosacea, which also included signs of varicose veins, especially following childbirth. After completing two two-month courses this year, I've hardly noticed the problem anymore. Super!

Frequently Asked Questions

Acne rosacea, often simply referred to as rosacea, is a common, chronic skin condition that primarily affects the face. It typically manifests as redness, visible blood vessels, and often small, pus-filled bumps reminiscent of acne, although it's not the same as acne vulgaris. Rosacea tends to flare up in response to specific triggers, which can vary widely among individuals. Common triggers include sun exposure, stress, hot beverages, and certain foods, leading to increased flushing and irritation of the skin.

While the exact cause of rosacea isn't fully understood, it's believed to be linked to a combination of genetic and environmental factors affecting the skin. This condition is most prevalent in middle-aged individuals, particularly those with fair skin. While there’s currently no cure for rosacea, many effective treatments can help manage its symptoms, including topical medications, oral antibiotics, and laser therapy. It’s important to consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and tailored treatment plan if you suspect you have rosacea or are experiencing its symptoms.

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in several vital functions in the human body. It is essential for red blood cell formation, neurological function, and DNA synthesis. Naturally occurring in animal products, the vitamin can be found in high concentrations in meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, making it particularly important for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet, as plant-based sources of B12 are limited and often require supplementation.

A deficiency in vitamin B12 can lead to serious health issues, including anemia, fatigue, memory problems, and nerve damage. Due to its significance, it's crucial for individuals, particularly those at risk of deficiency, to ensure adequate intake through diet or supplementation. For most adults, the recommended daily allowance (RDA) is around 2.4 micrograms, though pregnant or breastfeeding women may require higher amounts. If you're considering B12 supplements, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best option for your specific needs and health status.
